Order Processing Time

Each Time Entwined piece is handcrafted and woven entirely by hand.

• Custom Woven Photo Pieces: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production.
• Nature Art Collection: Please allow 3–5 weeks for production.

Production begins after order confirmation (and proof approval for custom pieces). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping within the United States.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on location:

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Time Entwined is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Time Entwined is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at  memories@timeentwined.com and include photos of:

• The damaged artwork
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
