Our Commitment

At Time Entwined, every piece is handcrafted with care and woven entirely by hand. Because of the custom and heirloom nature of our artwork, our return policy differs from standard retail products.

Please review carefully before placing your order.

Custom Woven Photo Pieces

All custom pieces are created specifically for you using your uploaded photograph.

  • Custom orders are final sale
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for custom artwork once production has begun
  • Proof approval confirms your final design and authorizes weaving

Ready-to-Buy Nature Art Collection

Our Nature Art Collection pieces are woven to order.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The piece is in original condition
  • It is returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus original shipping fees.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged...": We take great care to wrap, protect and ship your art with high-quality materials.

  1. Email memories@timeentwined.com within 3 days
  2. Include photos of:
    • The damage
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.

Production Time

Each woven piece is handmade and requires approximately 4 weeks for completion. We will email you updates including in production photos.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
