Yes! After you upload your photo, we send a digital proof showing the layout, size, and how the weave pattern will look. You can request adjustments (within reason) until you’re happy. No weaving begins until you approve.

Yes — every piece is printed on museum-quality 100% cotton rag archival paper with fade-resistant giclée inks. The weaving is done by hand with care to ensure structural integrity. With proper care (avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, or heavy handling), your woven heirloom should last for generations.

Yes — custom sizes are available beyond our standard offerings. Contact us for pricing and feasibility on pieces larger than 28×36". Larger sizes may require additional reinforcement for stability.

Yes — gift wrapping and a handwritten note option are available at checkout for a small fee.

Your privacy matters. Uploaded photos are stored securely and used only for your order. We never share, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. Files are deleted after production unless you request otherwise.

We accept high-resolution JPEGs or PNGs with a minimum 300 DPI at final print size.

For the print to look nice and sharp (not blurry or pixelated like when you zoom in too much on your phone), the photo needs to be the original high-quality version from your camera/phone—not a screenshot, download from social media, or small emailed copy.

Don't worry. If the file size is not sufficient, we will let you know right away.

We are not offering framing at this time. However, we supply a Framing Instructions page with your custom print including instructions for float-mount, shadow box, and gallery-wrap.

Your custom print will be carefully rolled in bubble and other materials and placed in a heavy duty cardboard tube for shipping.
